Counselling offers a caring, trustworthy, safe and supportive space in which clients are empowered to explore their personal issues, enhance self-understanding, seek for changes and move forward into a place of personal well-being, healthy relationships, fulfilling and better lives. Counselling is not giving advice to overcome life difficulties.
